1. Information the app handles

Support and game requests

When you submit a report or request, we receive the name and email address you enter, your description, requested game and emulator details where applicable, and any screenshot you select. Submissions include a device identifier. A random app token, stored as a hash on the server, lets your installation retrieve its support history. Avoid including passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information in messages or screenshots.

Ratings

We receive the game identifier, your star rating and a device identifier to record or update your rating. Ratings contribute to publicly visible game averages and counts.

Device, notification and usage information

The app uses an Android-scoped device identifier, with a generated identifier as a fallback. Firebase uses app installation identifiers and notification tokens. Our service receives the app/package version, device manufacturer/model, Android version and events such as game detail views, download starts and notification interactions. Internet requests expose your IP address to the servers handling them. This information supports app operation, notifications, usage measurement and troubleshooting.

Local files and preferences

Favorites, download records, storage paths and preferences are stored locally. The app reads or writes files and folders you select for its download and file-opening features. Screenshots are uploaded when you choose to attach them to a report. Android backup can copy eligible app data according to your device settings. Files saved to shared folders may remain after uninstalling the app.

2. How information is used

3. Advertising and other providers

The app includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google’s User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging and an AppLovin mediation adapter. Advertising availability depends on configuration and applicable privacy choices.

Advertising SDKs can process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from IP), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Firebase Analytics processes app usage and identifier data; Cloud Messaging uses installation and notification information to deliver messages. Ad privacy choices do not necessarily disable separate analytics or notifications.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate our backend. Advertising and analytics providers process data under their applicable terms and policies. Their processing can occur outside your country.

External websites, community links, file hosts, videos and emulator apps follow their own privacy practices. Opening an external service or downloading from a host sends the information necessary to fulfil that connection to the relevant service. Opening a downloaded file in an emulator grants that app the access needed to open the selected file.

4. Your controls and deletion requests

Clearing app data or uninstalling does not automatically delete server records or provider-held data. It may remove the local token used to access support history. We may need proportionate information to identify your record and verify a request. Anonymous or device-linked records may not be identifiable from an email address alone. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, request portability or complain to a relevant data protection authority.

5. Retention

Local preferences and records remain until removed through the app, Android storage controls or uninstall, subject to backups and files saved outside app storage. Server-side ratings, support submissions, attachments, device registrations and usage records are stored separately from the device. Uninstalling does not schedule their deletion.

The reviewed app and API do not specify an automatic expiry period for these first-party records. A deletion request can be made through the contact above. Provider-held advertising and analytics information is subject to the provider’s retention rules and service configuration. The operator’s server-log, backup and manual-deletion schedule must be confirmed before this draft is published.

6. Security

The app’s first-party API is configured to use HTTPS for data in transit. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Only share information necessary for your request and avoid sensitive content in screenshots.

7. Children and age suitability

Parents or guardians who believe a child has submitted personal information can contact us with enough details to identify the submission. The catalog’s content rating and intended age audience must be confirmed by the operator before publication; this draft does not claim the service is designed for children or suitable for all ages.

8. Changes to this policy

Changes to app features, providers or data practices may require an updated policy. The revised page will show its updated date. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate app or service notice.
